This one here is Ursula, from Capcom's RPG Breath of Fire IV^^ Never had the chance to try the game but I read the manga some time ago and she caught my attention instantly xDDD She's the tough and serious type of lady most of the time but shows her cute side when caught off guard, and her design(with those animal ears and tail) makes this character even more awesome xDDDDD
